An awesome wellness program with a supportive group of women in the comfort of your home!
Workouts take place Monday/Wednesday/Friday mornings from 5:30-6:00am. We use the Zoom app so that participants can join from any location.
All workouts are lead by Kim Brockway, a certified health coach and fitness trainer with 13+ years of experience.
These are body weight workouts. The only equipment needed is a chair. All fitness levels are welcome, and options are given to make exercises more or less difficult.
